Gap L and I have made it to Romania to start their 9 month World Race!!! 

I'm laying on a noisy bottom bunk losing to jet lag and wondering how I've landed my way in yet another foreign country. Right after getting home from leading for 9 months. I can't believe that I get to do this. I can't wrap my mind around how kind the Lord is to me and how He gives me my dreams in full. What. A. Guy. 

What I've learned over the last year of my life is that I really love being in foreign countries sharing Jesus with this world. What I love more than that, though, is seeing people step into who the Lord has created them to be. Today Gap L had their first day of ministry going to a village where there is .2% Christians. They handed out eyeglasses but first the people that came for those eyeglasses received prayer and were told the gospel. I had the honor of capturing this day for a promo video that our host is making for their ministry. That means, I got to watch all of Gap L step into their gifts that some of them didn't even realize they had. I watched and prayed as they shared the gospel. As they asked the people what they needed prayer for and then prayed for that. As they helped the people choose which glasses worked best for them. As they took their blood pressure. As they handed out bibles. 

I watched as Gap L began to realize that this race is about the people and that God would send a bunch of Americans to middle of nowhere Romania to find His one lost sheep. It's about a lot more than people physically being able to see. Today, Gap L got a glimpse of what this year is going to be for them. 

I can't believe I get to mentor them.
