My name is Kacie and I am a Squad Mentor for the World Race Gap Year Program at Adventures in Missions.
What does this mean?
World Race Gap Year is a discipleship program for 18-20 year olds. It is 9 months and the squad (the group of those men and women) travels to 3-5 countries. They minister to the least of these by partnering with ministries that are already established in those countries. I get to be their mentor here stateside. I travel out and run debriefs throughout the months. I disciple them and pour into them as they go on their own personal journeys with the Lord while doing ministry around the world. This happens via phone calls and emails while they are out on the field and while I am here in the office. I also spend weeks at a time with them on the field before and after those debrief times.
I raise monthly support for Adventures in Missions and I would love if you would consider partnering with the Lord in this great commission.
